Zines

I started working on my first zine called Sloth Zine way back in 1989. It ran for about 20 issues until 1993.

After that I embarked on a new project called Trade Zine which was to showcase brands, products and team riders for a skateboard distributor I was working for.

Fast forward to 2019 and I picked up the UHU gluestick and scissors again and made 'That is not what I (Base) Ment' zine for Sydney skate shop Basement Skate. It received a pretty good reaction and put me in touch with a handful of modern zine makers.

April 2020 saw the launch of LESS zine. LESS is the Low Expectation Skateboarding Syndicate - a small group of skateboarders that attempt to catch up and go skateboarding. Watch this space for future publications.
